Nanto Ventures Limited, trading as Nanto Health, is responsible for personal data collected directly through this website. Contact: health@nanto.com.
2. What we collect
When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may collect your name, facility, role, county, work email or mobile, number of dialysis chairs, current system and the focus of your request. We also receive limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request time, browser information and IP address.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration, maintain website security and keep a record of business communications. We do not ask for patient information through this website. Kindly do not submit clinical details or patient identifiers in the form.
4. Your permission
We use enquiry data with your permission and to take the steps needed to respond to your request. You can choose not to provide optional information, although that may limit how specifically we can respond.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may use contracted website, email and customer-relationship service providers to receive and manage your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data. We require service providers to use the information only for the agreed purpose and to apply appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. The production retention schedule will be confirmed before launch and applied to the connected form system.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect website enquiries. No internet service is risk-free. If you believe information submitted through this website has been exposed, contact us promptly.
9. Website and clinical application separation
The public website does not read clinical records, clinical login credentials or authentication state from app.health.nanto.com. The two services are independently deployable and are treated as separate security surfaces.

We will update the effective date when this notice changes materially. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
